Proyek ini adalah bingkai ruang persegi / tinggi 16 meter / panjang total 30 meter / rentang total 18 meter

1. Pemasangan rangka ruang baja harus dilakukan setelah menerima sumbu struktur bawah dan papan tertanam.Persyaratan untuk penyangga bawah adalah: perbedaan ketinggian antara penyangga yang berdekatan (jarak L2): nilai L2/800 yang lebih kecil dan 10mm, pada elevasi yang sama Perbedaan ketinggian antara penyangga tertinggi dan terendah: 20mm;

2. Menentukan proses pemasangan rangka ruang baja sesuai dengan gaya dan karakteristik struktural kisi-kisi dan kondisi konstruksi aktual di lokasi;

3. Setelah rangka ruang baja dipasang, harus diperiksa:

c.Untuk bingkai jala yang didukung oleh pinggiran, deviasi ketinggian yang diizinkan adalah 1/400 dari penyangga yang berdekatan, dan tidak boleh lebih besar dari 15mm, dan maksimum dan minimum tidak boleh lebih besar dari 30mm;untuk bingkai jala yang didukung oleh banyak titik, deviasi ketinggian yang diizinkan adalah 1/800 dari penyangga yang berdekatan, dan tidak boleh lebih besar dari 30mm;

d.Mendeteksi defleksi grid sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan persyaratan desain.Setelah konstruksi, defleksi rangka ruang baja tidak boleh lebih besar dari 115% dari nilai perhitungan desain.(Nilai defleksi maksimum bingkai kisi L/250)

4. Jika ada bola las secara lokal, pengelasan alur digunakan untuk mengelas bola las dan batang, dan kelas jahitan las tidak boleh lebih rendah dari kelas dua.

5. Setelah pemasangan rangka ruang baja selesai, permukaan sambungan rangka ruang dan batang harus bersih dan bebas dari bekas luka dan kotoran.Sambungan dan lubang berlebih dari sambungan bola baut harus diisi dan disegel dengan minyak.

6. Selama penggunaan grid, perawatan anti-korosi yang komprehensif harus dilakukan setiap 4 sampai 5 tahun.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
